How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your style, choose your size and colour options, and add to cart. All orders are placed directly through our online store. If you have specific customisation requests — width fitting, colour variations, or monogramming — add a note at checkout or contact us before ordering.
How long does it take to make my shoes?
Because every pair is made to order by hand, our standard production time is 10–18 working days. During peak periods (Eid, end of year) this may extend slightly. You will receive an email confirmation when your order enters production and again when it is dispatched.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order, before production begins. Contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp with your order number and the change you require. Once production has started, we are unable to alter the order.
Do you accept custom or bespoke orders?
Yes. We offer fully bespoke commissions — custom lasts, unusual sizes, colour combinations not listed in our standard range, or entirely new designs. Contact us with your requirements and we will provide a quote and timeline. Bespoke orders typically require a 50% deposit upfront.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery within Pakistan. For international orders, we accept card payments through our secure checkout. We do not currently accept cryptocurrency or cheques.
How do I find my correct size?
Visit our Size Guide for detailed instructions on measuring your foot at home. Measure both feet and use the larger measurement. If you are between sizes, contact us — we can advise based on the specific style you are ordering.
Do leather shoes stretch over time?
Yes. Full-grain leather will stretch and mould to your foot over time, typically gaining 3–5mm in length and width after breaking in. For dress shoes and Oxfords, order your exact size. For boots worn with thick socks, consider going half a size up. For sandals, order your exact size.
I have wide feet — can you accommodate this?
Yes. Because every pair is made to order, we can adjust the width of the last. Select your width fitting (G for Wide, H for Extra Wide) when customising your order, or leave a note with your width measurement. We can also take your exact foot measurements over WhatsApp or email if you prefer.
My two feet are different sizes — which do I order for?
Always order based on your larger foot. Because Hudson Pelle shoes are made to order, you can also add a note at checkout requesting different sizes for each foot — our craftsmen can accommodate this at no extra charge for size differences of half a size or less.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Domestic Pakistan orders are typically delivered within 2–4 days of dispatch. International orders are shipped via tracked courier and typically arrive within 7–14 working days depending on destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Is there free shipping within Pakistan?
Yes. Orders over Rs. 10,000 qualify for free standard delivery anywhere in Pakistan. Orders below this threshold have a flat-rate delivery charge, shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking page. You can also visit our Track Your Order page and enter your order number and email address.
My order has not arrived — what should I do?
First, check your tracking number using the link in your dispatch email. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, or if your estimated delivery date has passed, contact us at info@ayazsattar.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
Can I return my shoes for a refund?
Because every pair is made specifically to your order, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind. However, we do offer exchanges within 7 days for size issues, manufacturing defects, or order errors. See our full Returns & Exchange Policy for details.
What if my shoes have a manufacturing defect?
If you receive a pair with a manufacturing defect — stitching issues, sole separation, or leather flaws — contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will either repair, replace, or refund the pair at our discretion. Quality defects discovered within 6 months of normal wear are also assessed on a case-by-case basis.
How do I care for my leather shoes?
Brush after every wear to remove dust and dirt. Condition every 4–6 weeks with a quality leather conditioner. Polish with a matching cream polish and buff with a horsehair brush. Apply waterproofing spray regularly. Store with cedar shoe trees in breathable bags. Visit our Shoe Care Guide for full instructions.
Can I get my Hudson Pelle shoes resoled?
Yes. Our shoes use Goodyear welt construction which allows the sole to be replaced indefinitely. You can have them resoled by any competent cobbler — or contact us and we can arrange resoling directly from our workshop. We recommend resoling before the sole wears through to the welt.
My shoes got wet — what should I do?
Remove them from your feet, stuff with newspaper or shoe trees, and allow to dry naturally at room temperature. Do not place near a heater or in direct sunlight — heat causes leather to crack and shrink. Once completely dry, clean with a soft brush and apply conditioner to restore the leather's oils.
What does a bespoke order involve?
A bespoke order starts with a consultation — either in person at our Lahore workshop or via email and WhatsApp. We will discuss your requirements, take measurements, agree on a design and materials, and provide a quote. Bespoke orders require a 50% deposit, with the balance due before dispatch. Production time for bespoke is typically 3–5 weeks.
Can I choose my own leather colour or type?
Within our standard range we offer a selection of colours per style. For bespoke orders, we can source specific leathers, colours, and finishes on request — including exotic leathers, unusual colour combinations, and special finishes like antiquing or burnishing. Contact us with your preferences and we will advise on availability.
