Hudson Pelle started in a small workshop in Lahore's old city, where master cobbler Ayaz Sattar had spent over two decades perfecting the art of bespoke leather shoes. Frustrated by the choice between mass-produced footwear and unaffordable luxury imports, he set out to build something different — handcrafted shoes made to order, using only full-grain leather from the finest local and international tanneries.
The name "Pelle" — Italian for skin or leather — reflects our deep respect for the material. Every hide is selected by hand. Every stitch is placed with intention. And every pair is made for a specific person, not a faceless market.
From One Pair
to Thousands of Stories
What began as a small operation has grown into one of Pakistan's most trusted leather goods brands — without ever compromising on what matters.
Ayaz crafted Hudson Pelle's first pair of Oxford shoes in his Lahore workshop. Word spread through friends and family — orders came without a single advertisement.
We launched our first digital storefront, offering made-to-order shoes across Pakistan. The response exceeded every expectation — we sold out our first collection in 72 hours.
Sandals, wallets, and leather accessories joined the collection — all crafted with the same obsessive attention to quality as our shoes.
We introduced laser engraving — allowing customers to personalise their shoes with initials, names, or symbols. Every engraved pair is truly one of a kind.
Thousands of pairs later, every Hudson Pelle shoe is still made to order, still cut by hand, and still built to last a lifetime.

Every Stitch Placed
by Hand
Our cobblers train for years before they touch a Hudson Pelle upper. The lasting process — stretching leather over a wooden last — takes patience and an understanding of how leather moves and breathes.
We use Goodyear welt construction on our formal shoes, the same method used by the world's finest shoemakers. It means the sole can be replaced, extending the life of your shoes indefinitely. A well-made shoe, properly cared for, should last decades.
We don't use glue where stitching is stronger. We don't use synthetic lining where leather breathes better. We don't rush a pair because a deadline is approaching.
