Item must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if it's defective, damaged, or the wrong item.
Not returnable
Perishables, custom or personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
Exchanges
Return the item you have, and once accepted, place a separate order for the new one.
Refunds
Once approved, refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. If more than 8 business days pass after approval, contact support@hudsonpakistan.pk.
