Email us at info@ayazsattar.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and a description of the fit issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

Quote your order number and the name used at checkout. This helps us locate your order quickly and begin the process without delay.

Eligibility

What Can Be Exchanged?

Because Hudson Pelle shoes are made to order, we cannot accept returns for refund. However, we offer exchanges in the following circumstances.

Important: All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with no signs of wear, scuffs, or damage. Shoes that have been worn outside are not eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Returns FAQs

How long does an exchange take? +
Once we receive your returned pair and confirm it is in original condition, our craftsmen will remake your shoes. Standard exchange turnaround is 10–15 working days from the date we receive the return. We will notify you by email when your replacement pair is dispatched.
Do I have to pay for return shipping? +
For customers within Pakistan, return shipping costs for eligible exchanges are covered by us. We will provide a prepaid return label or courier arrangement. For international customers, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or sizing error on our part.
Can I exchange for a completely different style? +
Exchanges are available for the same style in a different size. We are unable to exchange for a completely different style as each pair is made specifically to order. If you would like a different style, you would need to place a new order.
What if I receive the wrong order entirely? +
If you receive a pair that does not match your order in any way — wrong style, wrong colour, or wrong name — contact us immediately with your order number and photos. We will arrange collection of the incorrect pair and expedite your correct order at no cost.
My shoes developed a defect after a few months of wear. Am I covered? +
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If a manufacturing defect — such as stitching failure or sole separation — appears within 6 months of normal use, contact us with photos and we will assess the issue. Normal wear and tear, scuffs, or damage caused by improper care are not covered.
